Villa Ara – The Equipments
Villa Ara it is composed by two perfectly equal apartments, both in dimensions, spaces and equipments. The bedroom is composed by a double bed, two night tables, wardrobe and dresser with mirror. The room offers the possibility to host a further bed of ordinary dimensions or a crib. It is also present a set of sheets and a cotton bedspread for every bed and the climatization through heat pump.
The bathroom is equipped with the classical bathroom fixtures and a shower, a hair dryer and the standard equipments such as toilet paper and face soap. It is present a set of 3 towels, small, middle and big for every guest ,adult or child.
In the hallway, inside the pantry, you will find all the necessary for the cleaning of the house and your laundry. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, detergents and, outside the residence, washing machine and a tank for the hand laundry.
The living room is perfectly integrated with a kitchenette and it is equipped with a wooden table for four / six people with 5 wooden chairs and, in case of need, a table-mounted chair. The zone is completed by a microfiber sofa bed, able to be a “French” double bed " of 140 centimeters wide.
In the living room there is a 40- inches fullHD flat-screen TV and a satellite receiver. The TV system with SAT allows to receive all the channels, European and international, for free.
The kitchenette, bright and with sight on the swimming pool, allows to make lunch and dinner in the most complete freedom according to your own tastes, habits and time. It consists of a hob (cooktop) with four gas stoves and extractor hood, sink dish rack, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate icebox, microwave ovens (capacity 25 litres), NESPRESSO coffee machine, electric kettle.
Over the appliances it is present the whole typical equipment of a kitchen, from the pots and pans to the dishes, glasses, cups, mugs, cutlery, napkins and paper towel. In addition, we offer a supply of coffee capsules usable with our NESPRESSO coffee machine and some sugar packets. Outside the residence, in the porch, you will find a metal table for 6 people and 5 chairs of the same material.
A barbecue, placed in the yard, it will allow you to prepare roasted meat or fish.
In the pool area you will find an external shower and 4 aluminium cots, light and easy to move, on which sunbathe during the day or admire the stars at night. There is also a pool towel for every guest. An internet wireless connection is present in the whole house and in the yard and it is usable from your mobile devices.
